Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges

•  exchanges are allowed as long as the item is still in stock, unwashed and unused. The   product must be in its same condition as received with the tag attached to;   otherwise,  the exchange won't be processed.
•  Exchanges are accepted within 7 working days from receiving the order.
•  Incase the customer has a problem with the size and wants to exchange the item, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.

Refunds

•  Returns are accepted within 7 working days from receiving the order.
•  In case our product has manufacture problem we will pay the shipping fees.
•  Refunds take 3-5 working days to process after the item is picked up.
•  Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds, but can be exchanged
